Most item(s) are shipped within 10-15 business days following order confirmation date. Custom designs and special orders may take additional 3-4 days. To secure both customers and us from potential fraud, we need the valid billing address of the credit card before we process the order. We ship to all standard destinations like USA, Canada, Western Europe, Australia - Asia and Asia-Pacific via FedEx/DHL/TNT. International shipping rate usually range from $20 to $50. Take advantage of our free shipping & handling promotions from time to time. All packages are shipped insured. Most countries do not impose any import duty or VAT on products purchased for personal use (Non-Trade); if your country does so then these costs must be met by you. Usually our customer service agent will inform you about such charges in advance. Please use our online order tracking service to better understand the status of your order. Before signing onto the package please ensure that it is not ruptured or damaged.

Return Policy Your satisfaction is very important to us, however in any circumstance if you wish to return the item you have purchased you may do so within 30 days. Just follow our simple and hassle free return process   EMAIL US AND GET A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER Send an email to us at cs@aartijewels.com and inform us about the product you wish to return along with the style code and order number. Our customer service agent will provide you with return Authorization number. Please write this number on to your return package. Packages without this number are subject to restocking fee.   RETURN MERCHANDISE VIA INSURED SHIPMENT For merchandise above 500$ value please ship via insured USPS (United States postal service) or equivalent insured international courier service. Merchandise below 500$ value can be shipped via FedEx or UPS. Send it to following address. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS OF RETURN SHIPMENTS All return shipments must be received by us within 30 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise to be eligible for a refund. All item(s) must be returned in original condition with original documents like invoice, tags, certificates etc. Custom made jewelry, engraved items, resized rings, damaged or worn jewelry is not eligible for refund. For loose diamonds- only certified loose diamonds without inscribed girdle are eligible for refund. They must accompany original certificate. Aarti Jewels will deduct shipping and handling amount as well as any import duty levied on to us by customs if any while getting the return package released from customs. Please consult our customer service agents to know about such deductions in advance. Aarti Jewels is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments in transit. *If you receive merchandise that is defective (as determined solely by Aartijewels.com) or not as ordered, we will at our sole option either refund or give you a credit in shipping/handling costs promptly upon our receipt and inspection of the defective or miss-delivered merchandise. All shipping/handling refunds will be determined by Aartijewels.com on a case by case basis.

We support and follow “Kimberly process” that is enforced by United Nations which ensures the proper documentation of each diamond at every stage and its source. India, United, States, Canada and many other countries have adopted the “Kimberly process” in order to stop the conflict diamonds from entering the legitimate diamond trade.   100% NATURAL DIAMONDS It is our policy not to sell any drilled, clarity enhanced, fracture filled or color treated diamonds unless specified. Each diamond that we offer goes through our stringent quality checks.   DIAMOND WEIGHTS MEASURES AND METAL PURITY All diamond weights are approximate. They can be +/- 0.05 ct. in items below 0.49 ct. total weight and +/- 0.10 ct. in items above 0.49 ct. All precious metal and it’s purity we use for manufacturing jewelry comply with international quality standards and tolerance levels. Please feel free to ask us if you have any questions regarding this.   GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY For security purpose when you redeem you gift certificate online we require that you use a credit card. This helps us ensure your identity and protects against fraudulent use of gift certificate. Your credit card will not be charged unless your total order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate. The unused portion of the gift certificate remains valid until the certificate expires. We usually remind the purchases of gift certificate 2 weeks in advance before if they are unused to date. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash or refunds as well as they are not transferable. We are not  responsible for stolen or lost gift certificates.
