Shipping & Insurance

AARTIJEWELS will pay shipping and insurance for you anywhere in the world. The goods become your property once we have delivered them to the Logistic i.e Fedex / UPS or Courier. Though most countries do not impose any import duties ( or VAT ) on products purchased / imported for personal use ( Non Trade ) , If your country imposes any duties, excises or taxes on the importation of goods, these costs must be met by you.

We will assist you as much as we can in making any claims for insurance for goods lost in transit, however, any claims are ultimately between you and the insurer.

Aartijewels is pleased to offer the option of FREE shipping on every order.

We take extra care to ensure your gift of fine jewelry arrives quickly and securely. All orders are shipped fully insured through Federal Express and can be tracked during transit.

Determining Delivery
The product detail page includes a "Delivery Info" section that provides the estimated number of days or weeks it will take before an item is shipped. Please note that delivery days refer to actual business days, as we do not process orders over the weekend. All orders received before noon Indian Standard Time will be processed the same business day.

Important Shipping Information

All deliveries must be made to a street address. Federal Express will not ship to a P.O. Box. Please make sure that a resident of the ship-to address is at home to receive the package. An adult signature is required.

For security reasons, please make sure to remove any release signatures on file with Federal Express. A release signature authorizes Federal Express to leave packages outside of the designated residence if no one is available to sign for the delivery. Aartijewels is NOT responsible for loss, theft or damage to items left unattended outside your residence.

Shipping to a different address (other than your billing address)

There's nothing better than surprising that special someone with the gift of fine jewelry. If you'd like to keep your purchase a secret, we'd be happy to help you by shipping your order to a destination other than your billing address.

For your own protection against credit card theft and/or fraud, Aartijewels must contact the issuing bank or credit card company to verify your address. Before placing your order, be sure to contact your issuing bank or credit card company to ensure that they have your alternate address on file. We cannot process your order until we have verified this information.

Once the order is shipped you cannot change the shipping / delivery location which has been already confirmed by you while placing the order. However in such cases customer will have to bear all the expenses incurred. Aarti Jewels will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments in transit.

Paying by cheque:

Please note that AARTIJEWELS only accept US Dollar checks. Checks need to be received within 7 days of purchase. Please email us to inform us that you will be sending a cheque. We will contact you to confirm the order. As soon as we receive payment we will send the goods to you.
